Mindbugs: unconscious biases

Why do organizations have such a hard time achieving diversity? It is generally recognized and scientifically proven that diversity in teams in terms of cultural background, gender or age leads to better decisions and growth of the organization, especially when it comes to diversity in management teams. The answer lies in our Mindbugs. Unconsciously, our brain is full of beliefs and biases. Mindbugs play an important role at work. They block the creation of a truly diverse organization and, consequently, they block decisions that lead to better results!
